Whale-watching cruises
Climb aboard our 12-passenger zodiacs and let yourself be guided by our team of enthusiasts to observe whales, seals, birds and explore the richness of the river, while respecting the rules of approach established by the Park sailor from the Saguenay–Saint-Laurent.
To reduce the number of boats on the observation sites, our departure times are shifted compared to those of other companies.
Children under 5 years old, pregnant women, and people with back pain are not allowed on board for safety reasons.

Hours
Please arrive 30 minutes before your departure at 31 Rue des Pilotes in Les Escoumins.
Clothing
Dress warmly. It's cold on the river, even during a heatwave! We also provide coats suitable for sea excursions.
Weather
We go out in all weather... or almost. If the captains deem the conditions risky, the excursion will be postponed or refunded.

Full payment at the time of booking.
15 days or more before the activity: 5% of the total booking amount is charged, the rest is refunded.
From 8 to 14 days before the activity: 50% of the total booking amount is charged, the rest is refunded.
7 days or less before the activity: 100% of the booking amount is charged.
Du Fleuve and its employees reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time for safety reasons due to weather conditions. If the cancellation is made by Du Fleuve and its employees, a full refund will be provided.
Weather conditions greatly influence the safety and success of a whale-watching cruise. For this reason, the Du Fleuve team reserves the right to cancel cruises if they believe that unfavorable weather conditions could pose a risk to passenger safety.
