Cancellation and modification procedures

Full payment upon reservation

More than 5 days (120 hours) before departure: free cancellation. Less than 5 days before departure: no refund. To cancel and receive a 100% refund at any time before departure, cancellation insurance (10% of the booking value) is available at the time of booking. Customers must notify us before the cruise if they cancel. If they do not show up without notifying us, no refund will be given.

Du Fleuve and its employees reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time for safety reasons due to weather conditions. If the cancellation is made by Du Fleuve and its employees, the refund is complete.
