Discover our bird cruises, led by Renaud Pintiaux, naturalist and wildlife photographer passionate about birds as much as whales. Whether you are a novice or an experienced ornithologist, come on board with us and explore the fascinating variety of marine, migratory and pelagic birds of the St. Lawrence River.
These cruises will take place during the migration seasons, until the end of June and from the beginning of September.

Clothing
Dress warmly. It’s cold on the river, even in the middle of a heatwave! We also lend you coats suitable for sea excursions.
Weather report
We go out in all weathers... or almost. If the captains consider the conditions to be risky, the excursion will be postponed or refunded.

Full payment upon booking
15 days or more before the activity: 5% of the total reservation amount is charged, the rest is refunded.
From 8 to 14 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged, the rest is refunded.
7 days or less before the activity; 100% of the reservation is charged.
Du Fleuve and its employees reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time for safety reasons due to weather conditions. If the cancellation is made by Du Fleuve and its employees, the refund is full.
Weather conditions greatly influence the safety and success of a whale watching cruise.
For this reason, the Du Fleuve team reserves the right to cancel cruises if they fear that adverse weather conditions could present a risk to the safety of passengers.
